We work closely with you in the days leading up to an interview to make sure you’re fully prepared and confident heading into your interview. We also take care of any salary discussions and further negotiations to get you the best possible outcome.

We take a hands-on and personalised approach to recruitment - everyone is different and we know one size does not fit all. We will be there throughout the process for us much or as little as you need us.

No, we are pleased to specialise just in the Legal industry.

While this means our agency isn’t for everyone, it gives us the opportunity to be experts at what we do.

We know the legal market inside out and have a good understanding of the inner workings of a law firm along with an in-depth understanding of practice areas.

What are the associated costs for job seekers?

Job seekers don’t pay anything to utilise our services.

While we work as your advocate and friend throughout the process, we also partner closely with the future employer and they pay us a fee for the services we provide.

What makes you different from other agencies?

Being a boutique agency, we don’t have KPI’s and only partner with firms that we would be happy working for ourselves.

We take the time to get to know you and to learn what is important to you in your next role.

We have kept in touch with many people who have been placed in roles by us and always love to keep in touch and catch up for a chat (more often than not, totally non-work related!).
