How did I get here, you might ask? After studying Legal Studies out of high school, I worked for a national and a global law firm in administrative roles. While I liked the excitement of a law firm, I quickly realised that I wanted to try my hand at recruitment. I’ve always been a talker, my school report cards will attest to that, so recruitment seemed like a logical choice for me. 

I started my career in legal recruitment in January 2014 and quickly realised that I found my passion and that recruitment was my forever job. After 8 years in an agency, I took on an internal talent acquisition role. Both of these roles armed me with the skills to fill the final piece of the puzzle – opening my own legal recruitment business.  

I love that recruitment offers me the opportunity to connect with and talk with, so many different people.

My favourite aspect of recruitment is making the call to offer someone a job - it’s such an exciting and rewarding moment. I feel truly honoured to have played a very small part in shaping the career of so many job seekers.

Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis, chasing after my two (very chaotic) dogs and sampling all the red wine that Melbourne has to offer.
